Yes, we ask that you be home when your Roofing Advisor is performing their inspection. This gives you the opportunity to talk through concerns, ask tough questions, tell us what’s important, and anything else you need to determine if we’re the right roofing company for you.

Immediately after the inspection, you’ll find out what your roof (if anything) needs, your options, our promises to you, and a quote built on the spot.
If you don’t need a new roof, we won’t sell you one. Simple as that!

Our Roofing Advisors do not use pushy or dishonest sales tactics; instead, we focus on education and transparency to help you make the most informed decision. Even if you don’t become a customer, you’ll at least be in a better position to avoid the roofing industry’s dark side.
Our preferred shingle brand is CertainTeed, but we install other shingle brands as well if you specifically request it. Matt believes in their products so much we’ve been installing them for over 30 years.

We’re also a certified SELECT ShingleMaster that allows us to offer CertainTeed’s 5-Start 25-Year SureStart Plus warranty. Combined with our workmanship warranty, you’ll never have to worry about your roof again.
If you haven't already, contact your insurance company. They have all the power in this situation, and following their exact steps is the best way to start the process.

Don’t panic! Be patient, don’t fall for scare tactics, and go into the process understanding it can drag on. Most policies give you a year after the storm to file a claim, so there’s no reason to rush.

Be on the lookout for out-of-state storm chasers. If someone knocks on your door, do not let them on your roof or sign anything. Tell them you’ll find a local Nashville roofing company.
